• Your BAY/Simulator number may be subject to change based on availability.

• Cancellations must be made 4 hours in advance of your start time, whether a same-day booking or prior to, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee of your total reservation cost will be incurred.

 

• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time. Any time lapsed past your pre-booked start time is non-refundable. If you happen to be running late, please call to notify a representative by phone otherwise if the time is over 15 minutes past the start time, Loft18 reserves the right to release that reservation to another customer without refund. There will be no pro-rated refunds if you decide upon arrival that you need less time than previously booked.

•  Loft18 Gift Certificates are redeemable for Golf Simulation Play only. You must use the full value of    the certificate for that visit. The difference will not be given back in cash and/or dispersed on a gift card. Gift Cards are redeemable for Golf Simulation play, Food and/or Beverage. 

 

• Any physical Loft18 Coupons and/or promotional codes can only be used on a 1- time per booking basis. (Coupons can not be combined for multiple discounts and/or redemptions).

• You are able to bring in your own bottle of Wine and/or Champagne for a per bottle corkage fee of $20 (Louisiana locations only).

• No golf shoes and/or spikes.

• Please refrain from loud, obscene and vulgar language. Children may be present and we ask that you respect your fellow customers. A verbal warning may be given from a Loft18 representative. Failure to adhere and respect the circumstance may lead to a removal from the premises.
